AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for vehicles exempt from
3 registration.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 1302(14) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 1302. Vehicles exempt from registration.
9 The following types of vehicles are exempt from registration:

11 (14) Any vehicle used for golf course [or], resort or
12 amusement park maintenance or operations when such vehicle
13 does not travel on public roads in excess of one mile and the
14 property on both sides of the public road is owned by said
15 golf course [or], resort or amusement park.

17 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
