                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
     2     Consolidated Statutes, defining the offense of harassment of
     3     soldier or veteran.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     7  Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
     8  § 2703.2.  Aggravated harassment of soldier or veteran.
     9     A person commits a felony of the third degree if he, knowing
    10  or believing a person to be a soldier or veteran, intentionally
    11  or knowingly causes or attempts to cause the person to come into
    12  contact with blood, seminal fluid, saliva, urine or feces by
    13  throwing, tossing, spitting or expelling such fluid or material.
    14     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
