AN ACT
1 Amending Title 71 (State Government) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, further defining "enforcement officer"
3 to include certain Pennsylvania Game Commission employees.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The definition of "enforcement officer" in
7 section 5102 of Title 71 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
8 Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
9 § 5102. Definitions.
10 The following words and phrases as used in this part, unless
11 a different meaning is plainly required by the context, shall
12 have the following meanings:

14 "Enforcement officer."

16 (5) Game Commission officers and other commissioned law
17 enforcement personnel employed by the Pennsylvania Game
1 Commission who have and exercise the same law enforcement
2 powers as Game Commission officers. This paragraph shall not
3 apply to deputy Game Commission officers.

5 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
