AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for enforcement on highway safety
3 corridors.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 3326 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 3326. Duty of driver in construction and maintenance areas or
9 on highway safety corridors.

11 (f) Enforcement on highway safety corridors.--Any law
12 enforcement officer that has been certified by the department to
13 use radio-microwave devices, commonly referred to as electronic
14 speed meters or radar, may use those devices to time the rate of
15 speed of any vehicle on a highway safety corridor.
16 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
