                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, further providing for the Pennsylvania Gaming
     3     Control Board.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 1201(i)(1) of Title 4 of the Pennsylvania
     7  Consolidated Statutes, amended November 1, 2006 (P.L.1243,
     8  No.135), is amended to read:
     9  § 1201.  Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board established.

    11     (i)  Compensation.--
    12         (1)  [The Executive Board as established in the act of
    13     April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative
    14     Code of 1929, shall establish the compensation of the
    15     members.]


     1             (i)  Members, including members serving on the
     2         effective date of this subparagraph, shall receive an
     3         annual salary of $64,178, except the chairman, who shall
     4         receive an annual salary of $66,810.
     5             (ii)  Members shall be eligible to receive a cost-of-
     6         living adjustment consistent with the provisions of
     7         section 3(e) of the act of September 30, 1983 (P.L.160,
     8         No.39), known as the Public Official Compensation Law.

    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
