AN ACT
1 Designating an access road from Interstate 80 to the DuBois-
2 Jefferson County Airport in Washington Township, Jefferson
3 County, as the Francis H. "Bud" Scherer Memorial Highway.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Francis H. "Bud" Scherer Memorial Highway.
7 (a) Designation.--The access road from Interstate 80 to the
8 DuBois-Jefferson County Airport in Washington Township,
9 Jefferson County, is designated and shall be known as the
10 Francis H. "Bud" Scherer Memorial Highway.
11 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
12 maintain signs which shall display the name of the highway
13 designated in subsection (a) at each end of the designated road.
14 Section 2. Effective date.
15 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
