AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, adding an offense regarding retail
3 sales of gasoline.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 7331. Gasoline retail sales standards.
9 A person commits a summary offense if the person does any of
10 the following:
11 (1) Sells gasoline at other than the posted price.
12 (2) Changes the posted price more than once within a 24-
13 hour period.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
