                                  A RESOLUTION

     1  Fixing the day and time to adjourn the 2005-2006 session of the
     2     House of Representatives sine die.

     3     WHEREAS, Rule 38 of the Rules of the House of Representatives
     4  provides for resolutions to adjourn sine die; and
     5     WHEREAS, The Constitution of Pennsylvania provides that each
     6  legislative session shall adjourn no later than midnight of
     7  November 30th of each even numbered year; and
     8     WHEREAS, The 2005-2006 session of the House of
     9  Representatives is nearing a satisfactory end of the legislative
    10  business that has been brought before it; therefore be it
    11     RESOLVED, That the 2005-2006 session of the House of
    12  Representatives adjourn sine die no later than midnight,
    13  November 20, 2006.
