                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
     2     Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for
     3     collection of restitution, reparation, fees, costs, fines and
     4     penalties; AND FOR, IN REGISTRATION OF SEXUAL OFFENDERS,       <--
     5     INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET.

     6     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     7  hereby enacts as follows:
     8     Section 1.  Section 9728(g) of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania
     9  Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
    10  § 9728.  Collection of restitution, reparation, fees, costs,
    11             fines and penalties.

    13     (g)  Costs, etc.--Any sheriff's costs, filing fees and costs
    14  of the county probation department, clerk of courts or other
    15  appropriate governmental agency, including, but not limited to,
    16  any reasonable administrative costs associated with the

     1  collection of restitution, transportation costs and other costs
     2  associated with the prosecution, shall be borne by the defendant
     3  and shall be collected by the county probation department or
     4  other appropriate governmental agency along with the total
     5  amount of the judgment and remitted to the appropriate agencies
     6  at the time of or prior to satisfaction of judgment.

    13  INDIVIDUALS.--NOTWITHSTANDING 18 PA.C.S. CH. 91 (RELATING TO
    14  CRIMINAL HISTORY INFORMATION), THE INTERNET WEBSITE SHALL
    15  CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ON EACH INDIVIDUAL:

    17         (2)  FOR ALL OTHER LIFETIME REGISTRANTS AND OFFENDERS
    18     SUBJECT TO REGISTRATION ONLY THE [FOLLOWING] SAME INFORMATION
    19     AS SPECIFIED UNDER PARAGRAPH (1) SHALL BE POSTED ON THE
    20     INTERNET WEBSITE.[:
    21             (I)  NAME AND ANY ALIASES;
    22             (II)  YEAR OF BIRTH;
    23             (III)  THE CITY, COUNTY AND ZIP CODE OF ALL
    24         RESIDENCES;
    25             (IV)  THE CITY, COUNTY AND ZIP CODE OF ANY
    26         INSTITUTION OR LOCATION AT WHICH THE PERSON IS ENROLLED
    27         AS A STUDENT;
    28             (V)  THE CITY, COUNTY AND ZIP CODE OF ANY EMPLOYMENT
    29         LOCATION;
    30             (VI)  A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE OFFENDER, WHICH SHALL BE
