AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, prohibiting the purchase, sale and use
3 of alcohol vaporizing devices; and imposing a penalty.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 7331. Alcohol vaporizing devices.
9 (a) Offense defined.--A person commits a summary offense if
10 the person purchases, sells, offers for sale, furnishes for use
11 or uses an alcohol vaporizing device.
12 (b) Definition.--As used in this section, the term "alcohol
13 vaporizing device" means any device, machine or process which
14 mixes spirits, liquor or other alcohol product with pure oxygen
15 or other gas to produce a vaporized product for the purpose of
16 consumption by inhalation.
17 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
