AN ACT
1 Designating the Fish Dam Wild Area in Clinton County as the
2 Russell P. Letterman Wild Area.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The Russell P. Letterman Wild Area.
6 (a) Designation.--The 4,959 acres of the Sproul State Forest
7 in northwestern Clinton County now known as the Fish Dam Wild
8 Area is hereby designated and shall be known as the Russell P.
9 Letterman Wild Area.
10 (b) Signs.--The Department of Conservation and Natural
11 Resources shall erect and maintain signage that it deems
12 appropriate, which shall display the name of the Russell P.
13 Letterman Wild Area.
14 Section 2. Effective date.
1 This act shall take effect immediately.
