AN ACT
1 Providing for effect of standards adopted by the Voting
2 Standards Development Board in the 2004 general election.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Special rule for General Election of 2004.
6 The standards adopted by the Voting Standards Development
7 Board under section 204 of the act of June 3, 1937 (P.L.1333,
8 No.320), known as the Pennsylvania Election Code, as published
9 by the Department of State in the Pennsylvania Bulletin Vol. 33,
10 No. 31, on August 2, 2003, shall, for the general election in
11 2004, have the force and effect of law.
12 Section 2. Effective date.
13 This act shall take effect immediately.
