AN ACT 1 Making appropriations from the Professional Licensure 2 Augmentation Account and from restricted revenue accounts 3 within the General Fund to the Department of State for use by 4 the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs in 5 support of the professional licensure boards assigned 6 thereto. 7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 8 hereby enacts as follows: 9 Section 1. The sum of $22,902,000, or as much thereof as may 10 be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the Professional 11 Licensure Augmentation Account within the General Fund to the 12 Department of State for the operation of the Bureau of 13 Professional and Occupational Affairs, including the State Board 14 of Auctioneer Examiners, for the fiscal year July 1, 2004, to 15 June 30, 2005. 16 Section 2. (a) The sum of $8,778,000, or as much thereof as 17 may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the restricted 18 receipts account of the State Board of Medicine to the 19 Department of State for the operation of the board for the
1 fiscal year July 1, 2004, to June 30, 2005. 2 (b) The sum of $1,496,000, or as much thereof as may be 3 necessary, is hereby appropriated from the restricted receipts 4 account of the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine to the 5 Department of State for the operation of the board for the 6 fiscal year July 1, 2004, to June 30, 2005. 7 (c) The sum of $317,000, or as much thereof as may be 8 necessary, is hereby appropriated from the restricted receipts 9 account of the State Board of Podiatry to the Department of 10 State for the operation of the board for the fiscal year July 1, 11 2004, to June 30, 2005. 12 (d) The sum of $393,000, or as much thereof as may be 13 necessary, is hereby appropriated from the Athletic Commission 14 Augmentation Account to the Department of State for the State 15 Athletic Commission, as authorized by 5 Pa.C.S. § 1512 (relating 16 to Athletic Commission Augmentation Account), for the support 17 and operation of the commission for the fiscal year July 1, 18 2004, to June 30, 2005. 19 (e) Each appropriation listed in subsections (a), (b), (c) 20 and (d) shall not be treated as an augmentation to the 21 Department of State, general government appropriation, or any 22 other appropriation, but shall be treated and accounted for as 23 separate appropriations respectively. 24 Section 3.
