AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Senator John Heinz Pittsburgh
2 Regional History Center.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $750,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Senator John Heinz Pittsburgh Regional History Center for the
7 fiscal year July 1, 2003, to June 30, 2004.
8 Section 2. Payments to the Senator John Heinz Pittsburgh
9 Regional History Center on account of the appropriation provided
10 in section 1 shall be made quarterly by the executive director
11 of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.
12 Section 3. The Senator John Heinz Pittsburgh Regional
13 History Center shall provide full, complete and accurate
14 information as may be required by the Pennsylvania Historical
15 and Museum Commission or the chairman or the minority chairman
16 of the Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
17 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 2003, or
1 immediately, whichever is later.
