AN ACT
1 Providing for in-kind service contributions by municipalities as
2 part of cost-share in State programs.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Cost-share contributions.
6 A municipality shall be allowed to contribute in-kind
7 services as part of their cost-share contribution to any State
8 project in the municipality.
9 Section 2. Effective date.
10 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
