                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of March 11, 1853 (P.L.165, No.124), entitled
     2     "An act authorizing the incorporation of a company to plank
     3     the old Lancaster road from Henderson's store to the Spread
     4     Eagle, in Delaware county, entitled "The Radnor plank road
     5     company;" relative to certain election districts; to fees for
     6     adjusting beam and patent balances, in the city and county of
     7     Philadelphia; and relative to the real estate of William
     8     Crawford, of Erie county; and to extending the chancery
     9     powers of certain courts to Erie county."

    10     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
    11  hereby enacts as follows:
    12     Section 1.  The act of March 11, 1853 (P.L.165, No.124),
    13  entitled "An act authorizing the incorporation of a company to
    14  plank the old Lancaster road from Henderson's store to the
    15  Spread Eagle, in Delaware county, entitled "The Radnor plank
    16  road company;" relative to certain election districts; to fees
    17  for adjusting beam and patent balances, in the city and county
    18  of Philadelphia; and relative to the real estate of William
    19  Crawford, of Erie county; and to extending the chancery powers

     1  of certain courts to Erie county," is repealed.
     2     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
