AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, providing for free flight of raptors.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Section 2925 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
6 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
7 § 2925. Falconry permits.

9 (b) Unlawful acts.--
10 (1) It is unlawful to practice any of the actions
11 defined as falconry under this section without a falconry
12 permit or to violate any regulation of the commission or the
13 United States Fish and Wildlife Service, whose regulations
14 pertaining to falconry are hereby made a part of this title.
15 (2) Nothing in this title shall be construed as to
1 prohibit the free flight of raptors for educational or
2 display purposes by organizations or individuals who have a
3 proven and demonstrable record of safely conducting such
4 activities, provided they meet all Federal fish and wildlife
5 laws.

7 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
