AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, providing for use of game land property.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Title 34 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
6 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
7 § 731. Use by nonprofit youth organizations.
8 State game lands may be used by nonprofit youth organizations
9 such as the Boy Scouts of America and Girl Scouts of the United
10 States of America during regular hours and on a scheduled basis.
11 Groups shall schedule reservations through the commission. Use
12 may include access to caves such as the Schofer Cave on State
13 Game Land No. 182 in Berks County.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
