AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, providing for an aviation registration plate.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
6 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
7 § 1361. Aviation plate.
8 The department, in consultation with the Aviation Advisory
9 Committee, shall design a special aviation registration plate.
10 Upon application of any person, accompanied by a fee of $20,
11 which shall be in addition to the annual registration fee, the
12 department shall issue the plate for a passenger car, motor
13 home, trailer or truck with a gross vehicle weight rating of not
14 more than 9,000 pounds.
15 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
