                                  A RESOLUTION

     1  Providing for reimbursement of members for meals, lodging and
     2     incidental items.

     3     RESOLVED, That notwithstanding any provisions of the
     4  Financial Operating Rules of the Senate to the contrary, members
     5  may be reimbursed for ordinary and necessary expenses for meals,
     6  lodging and incidental items only through submission of a
     7  voucher setting forth such actual expenses. Payment of any per
     8  diem or any other allowance not based on payment of actual
     9  expenses is prohibited.
