                                     AN ACT

     1  Providing for a deposit into the Agricultural Conservation
     2     Easement Purchase Fund.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  Notwithstanding 27 Pa.C.S. § 6302(2) (relating to
     6  deposit of disposal fee), for the fiscal year 2004-2005,
     7  $16,500,000 of the fees collected under 27 Pa.C.S. § 6301
     8  (relating to disposal fee for municipal waste landfills) shall
     9  be deposited into the Agricultural Conservation Easement
    10  Purchase Fund pursuant to the provisions of the act of June 30,
    11  1981 (P.L.128, No.43), known as the Agricultural Area Security
    12  Law.
    13     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
