AN ACT
1 Designating a road in Towanda Borough and North Towanda
2 Township, Bradford County, as the John B. Merrill Parkway.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. John B. Merrill Parkway.
6 (a) Designation.--River Street, also known as SR 6006, in
7 Towanda Borough, from SR 2027 to Patterson Boulevard in North
8 Towanda Township, is hereby designated as the John B. Merrill
9 Parkway.
10 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect
11 appropriate signs to indicate the designation made by this act.
12 Section 2. Effective date.
13 This act shall take effect immediately.
