A RESOLUTION 1 Designating May 18 and 19, 2002, as "Military Appreciation 2 Weekend" in Pennsylvania. 3 WHEREAS, All the residents of this Commonwealth as well as 4 our entire nation will be forever indebted to the servicemen and 5 servicewomen of our great nation's armed forces; and 6 WHEREAS, "Armed Forces Day" is being celebrated throughout 7 our nation on Saturday, May 18, 2002, in recognition of all of 8 the people living and deceased, who have served in this 9 country's armed services; and 10 WHEREAS, "Military Appreciation Weekend" is being celebrated
1 on May 18 and 19, 2002, at the Allentown Fairgrounds in 2 conjunction with the 150th anniversary of the Great Allentown 3 Fair; therefore be it 4 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives designate May 18 5 and 19, 2002, as "Military Appreciation Weekend" in 6 Pennsylvania.
