                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 27 (Environmental Resources) of the Pennsylvania
     2     Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the
     3     Environmental Stewardship Fund.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 6104(d)(3) of Title 27 of the
     7  Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
     8  § 6104.  Fund.
     9     * * *
    10     (d)  Allocation.--It is the intent of the General Assembly
    11  that the money appropriated in subsection (c) be allocated
    12  annually as follows:

    14         (3)  For fiscal year 2004-2005 and each year thereafter,
    15     moneys in the fund shall be allocated in accordance with

     1     paragraph [(1)] (2).

     3     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
