AN ACT
1 Designating a portion of the Mon/Fayette Expressway, State Route
2 43, as the Yohogania County Courthouse Highway.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The Mon/Fayette Expressway, State Route 43,
6 beginning at the Allegheny/Washington County border north to the
7 intersection with State Route 51 in the borough of Jefferson
8 Hills is designated as the Yohogania County Courthouse Highway.
9 Section 2. Appropriate signs shall be posted and maintained
10 by the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
11 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days <--
