                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of July 1, 1978 (P.L.700, No.124), entitled "An
     2     act enumerating certain fees and charges to be imposed for
     3     activities regulated by the Bureau of Professional and
     4     Occupational Affairs of the Department of State, providing
     5     for the appointment and term of Office of the Commissioner of
     6     Professional and Occupational Affairs, creating the
     7     Professional Licensure Augmentation Account and providing for
     8     its administration and making certain repeals," expanding the
     9     act to cover application requirements.

    10     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
    11  hereby enacts as follows:
    12     Section 1.  The title and section 101 of the act of July 1,
    13  1978 (P.L.700, No.124), known as the Bureau of Professional and
    14  Occupational Affairs Fee Act, are amended to read:
    15                               AN ACT
    16  Enumerating certain conditions, fees and charges to be imposed
    17     for activities regulated by the Bureau of Professional and
    18     Occupational Affairs of the Department of State, providing
    19     for the appointment and term of Office of the Commissioner of

     1     Professional and Occupational Affairs, creating the
     2     Professional Licensure Augmentation Account and providing for
     3     its administration and making certain repeals.
     4  Section 101.  Short title.
     5     This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Bureau of
     6  Professional and Occupational Affairs [Fee] Act."
     7     Section 2.  The act is amended by adding a section to read:
     8  § 103.  License applications.
     9     Each licensing agency within the Bureau of Professional and
    10  Occupational Affairs shall require an applicant for licensure
    11  and license renewal to provide on the application a home address
    12  in addition to any business address.
    13     Section 3.  This act shall take effect in 180 days.
