AN ACT
1 Making an additional appropriation to the Department of
2 Community and Economic Development for Statewide marketing to
3 attract tourists.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $4,000,000 is hereby appropriated to
7 the Department of Community and Economic Development for the
8 fiscal year July 1, 2001, to June 30, 2002, for Statewide
9 marketing to attract tourists.
10 Section 2. The appropriation in section 1 is in addition to
11 the appropriation in section 209 of the act of June 22, 2001
12 (P.L. , No.6A), known as the General Appropriation Act of
13 2001.
1 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
