AN ACT
1 Designating a portion of State Road 3017 in Springville
2 Township, Susquehanna County, as West Nicholson Road.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. West Nicholson Road, Springville Township,
6 Susquehanna County.
7 (a) Designation.--The section of State Road 3017 in
8 Springville Township, Susquehanna County, from segment 0010 to
9 0080 is hereby designated West Nicholson Road.
10 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
11 maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the road to
12 traffic in both directions on the road.
13 Section 2. Effective date.
14 This act shall take effect immediately.
