AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for registration fees for trucks
3 and truck tractors.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 1916(a) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 1916. Trucks and truck tractors.
9 (a) General rule.--
10 (1) The annual fee for registration of a truck or truck
11 tractor shall be determined by its registered gross weight or
12 combination weight in pounds according to the following
13 table:

29 the Highway Bridge Improvement Restricted Account within the
30 Motor License Fund according to the following table:

8 (3) The annual registration fee for a truck weighing
9 4,500 pounds or less shall be the same as the annual fee for
10 registration of a passenger car as specified in section 1912
