AN ACT
1 Designating a bridge on SR 1038, over the Allegheny River in
2 Armstrong County, as the Kittanning Citizens' Bridge.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Kittanning Citizens' Bridge.
6 (a) Designation.--The bridge carrying SR 1038 over the
7 Allegheny River and connecting Kittanning Borough and West
8 Kittanning Borough, Armstrong County, shall be known as the
9 Kittanning Citizens' Bridge.
10 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
11 maintain signs at each side of the bridge designated in
12 subsection (a) displaying the name of the bridge.
13 Section 2. Effective date.
14 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
