AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for control of public travel on
3 private property by owners.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 6113(b) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 6113. Control of public travel on private property by owner.

10 (b) Enforcement.--The owner of real property which is ten
11 contiguous acres or more in size may request the local authority
12 to enforce the [observance of speed limits and traffic-control
13 devices] provisions of this title on his property, providing the
14 property has been posted in accordance with departmental
15 regulations.
16 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
