                                     AN ACT

     1  Relating to blasting licenses issued by the Department of
     2     Environmental Protection.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Licenses issued by Department of Environmental
     6             Protection.
     7     Any person who is licensed or permitted by the Department of
     8  Environmental Protection as a blaster shall be exempt from all
     9  municipal licensing or permit requirements relating to blasting.
    10  Section 2.  Effective date.
    11     This act shall take effect in 60 days.
