                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
     2     Consolidated Statutes, prohibiting the sale of clothing and
     3     wearing apparel containing the fur of dogs or cats.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1. Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes
     7  is amended by adding a section to read:
     8  § 7330.  Prohibition of certain clothing sales.
     9     A person commits a misdemeanor of the first degree if that
    10  person sells or exchanges any clothing or wearing apparel which
    11  contains the fur of any domestic or feral dog or cat. For
    12  purposes of this section, the term "feral" means having escaped
    13  domestication and become wild.
    14     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
