AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for the fee for registration
3 plates for volunteer firefighters.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 1931.2. Volunteer firefighter's registration plates.
9 The fee for issuance of a volunteer firefighter's
10 registration plate shall be $10, which shall be in addition to
11 the annual registration fee. Only one payment of the issuance
12 fee shall be charged for each volunteer firefighter's
13 registration plate issued or replaced.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
