AN ACT
1 Designating the dam known as the Fabridam, between Sunbury,
2 Northumberland County, and Shamokin Dam, Snyder County, as
3 the Adam T. Bower Memorial Dam.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Designation of dam.
7 The dam known as the Fabridam and located between Sunbury,
8 Northumberland County, and Shamokin Dam, Snyder County, is
9 hereby designated the Adam T. Bower Memorial Dam.
10 Section 2. Markers to be erected.
11 The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources shall
12 erect suitable markers on the Adam T. Bower Memorial Dam.
13 Section 3. Effective date.
14 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
