                                     AN ACT

     1  Authorizing the Department of General Services, with the
     2     approval of the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs
     3     and the Governor, to remove the use restriction and
     4     reversionary covenant on certain real estate conveyed to the
     5     Borough of Grove City, situate in the Borough of Grove City,
     6     Mercer County.

     7     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     8  hereby enacts as follows:
     9     Section 1.  The Department of General Services, with the
    10  approval of the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs and
    11  the Governor, is hereby authorized on behalf of the Commonwealth
    12  to execute a deed to remove a use restriction and reversionary
    13  covenant placed on the lands conveyed to the Borough of Grove
    14  City, under the act of May 11, 1979 (P.L.24, No.6), entitled,
    15  "An act authorizing the Department of General Services, with the
    16  approval of the Governor and the Adjutant General, to sell and
    17  convey real property situate in the Borough of Grove City,
    18  Mercer County to the Borough of Grove City," for $1 and other
    19  good and valuable considerations.


     1     Section 2.  The deed shall be executed by the Secretary of
     2  General Services in the name of the Commonwealth.
     3     Section 3.  Costs and fees incidental to removing the use
     4  restriction reversionary covenant shall be borne by the Grantee.
     5     Section 4.  Proceeds from the removal of the use restriction
     6  and reversionary covenant shall be deposited in the State
     7  Treasury Armory Fund.
     8     Section 5.  This act shall take effect immediately.
