AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to St. Francis Hospital, Pittsburgh, for
2 cardiovascular studies.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $132,000 is hereby appropriated to St.
6 Francis Hospital, Pittsburgh, for the fiscal year July 1, 2000,
7 to June 30, 2001, for cardiovascular studies. Payment of this
8 appropriation shall be made by the Secretary of Health in equal
9 quarterly payments.
10 Section 2. St. Francis Hospital shall provide full, complete
11 and accurate information as may be required by the Department of
12 Health or the chairman or the minority chairman of the
13 Appropriations Committee of the Senate or the chairman or the
14 minority chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the House
15 of Representatives.
16 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2000, or
17 immediately, whichever is later.
