AN ACT
1 Designating a portion of State Route 2027 in Westmoreland
2 County, Pennsylvania, as Charles Houck Road.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Houck Road.
6 (a) Designation.--That portion of State Route 2027 from the
7 intersection with State Route 981 south to the intersection of
8 State Route 982, a distance of 2.9 miles, is hereby designated
9 and shall be known as Charles Houck Road.
10 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
11 maintain road signs, which shall display the name Charles Houck
12 Road, at the beginning and the end of the section of the highway
13 designated in subsection (a).
14 Section 2. Effective date.
15 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
