                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
     2     Consolidated Statutes, further providing for possession of
     3     firearm by minor.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 6110.1(c) of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania
     7  Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
     8  § 6110.1.  Possession of firearm by minor.
     9     * * *
    10     (c)  Responsibility of adult.--Any person who knowingly and
    11  intentionally delivers or provides to the minor a firearm in
    12  violation of subsection (a) commits a felony of the [third]
    13  second degree.

    15     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
