AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Williamson Free School of
2 Mechanical Trades in Delaware County.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $73,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades in Delaware County
7 for the fiscal year July 1, 1999, to June 30, 2000, for
8 operation and maintenance of the school.
9 Section 2. Payments to the Williamson Free School of
10 Mechanical Trades on account of the appropriation in section 1
11 shall be made by the Secretary of Education in equal quarterly
12 payments.
13 Section 3. The Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades
14 shall provide full, complete and accurate information as may be
15 required by the Department of Education or the majority chairman
16 or the minority chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the
17 Senate or the majority chairman or the minority chairman of the
1 Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
2 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1999, or
3 immediately, whichever is later.
