                                  A RESOLUTION

     1  Memorializing the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee of the
     2     United States Postal Service Board of Governors to issue a
     3     stamp designed to promote child care.

     4     WHEREAS, Child care has become an important element in family
     5  life in this Commonwealth and throughout the nation; therefore
     6  be it
     7     RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives memorialize the
     8  Citizen's Stamp Advisory Committee of the United States Postal
     9  Service Board of Governors to issue a stamp designed to promote
    10  child care.
