                                  A RESOLUTION

     1  Extending the time period for a report by the Subcommittee on
     2     Information Technology of the Intergovernmental Affairs
     3     Committee.

     4     WHEREAS, House Resolution No. 126, Printer's No. 1899 (1999),
     5  which was adopted June 7, 1999, requires the Intergovernmental
     6  Affairs Committee to establish a Subcommittee on Information
     7  Technology and requires the subcommittee to make a report to the
     8  House of Representatives by December 31, 1999; and
     9     WHEREAS, Further time is necessary to complete the report;
    10  therefore be it
    11     RESOLVED, That the deadline for the subcommittee report
    12  required by House Resolution No.126, Printer's No. 1899 (1999),
    13  be extended from December 31, 1999, to September 30, 2000.
