AN ACT
1 Designating a portion of Kittaning Bypass in Armstrong County as
2 the Henry Livengood Memorial Highway.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Designation of certain highway.
6 The Kittaning Bypass from the interchange with S.R. 66 and
7 S.R. 422/S.R. 28 to the intersection with S.R. 85 and S.R.
8 28/S.R. 66 in Armstrong County is designated and shall be known
9 as the Henry Livengood Memorial Highway.
10 Section 2. Erection of appropriate markers.
11 The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain
12 appropriate signs identifying the above portion of road as the
13 Henry Livengood Memorial Highway.
14 Section 3. Effective date.
15 This act shall take effect in 30 days.
