AN ACT
1 Amending the act of July 2, 1984 (P.L.561, No.112), entitled "An
2 act establishing the Pennsylvania Conservation Corps; and
3 making an appropriation," further providing for expiration.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 13.1 of the act of July 2, 1984 (P.L.561,
7 No.112), known as the Pennsylvania Conservation Corps Act,
8 amended June 25, 1997 (P.L.339, No.38), is amended to read:
9 Section 13.1. Expiration.
10 This act and the Pennsylvania Conservation Corps shall expire
11 June 30, [2000] 2010.
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
