AN ACT
1 Repealing a provision relating to municipal approval of funding
2 for airport operations or airport development in certain
3 counties.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 2210 of the act of August 9, 1955
7 (P.L.323, No.130), known as The County Code, is repealed.
8 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
