AN ACT
1 Redesignating a portion of Highland Park Boulevard, SR 2063, as
2 the Governor Robert P. Casey Boulevard.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The section of Highland Park Boulevard in Wilkes-
6 Barre Township, Luzerne County, SR 2063, beginning at the
7 intersection of Spring Street (SR 6309) and Highland Park
8 Boulevard, being further described as the intersection of the
9 easterly right-of-way line of Spring Street (SR 6309) with the
10 right-of-way line of Highland Park Boulevard; thence along
11 Highland Park Boulevard, in an easterly direction 4,895 feet to
12 an existing cul-de-sac, or 0.93 miles; thence continuing along
13 Highland Park Boulevard in a northerly direction 1,233 feet to a
14 point being located at the intersection of Mundy Street (SR
15 2061) and Highland Park Boulevard, being further described as
16 the intersection of the southerly right-of-way line of Mundy
17 Street (SR 2061) with the right-of-way line of Highland Park
1 Boulevard, is redesignated as the Governor Robert P. Casey
2 Boulevard.
3 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
4 maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the boulevard.
5 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
