AN ACT
1 Designating a portion of State Route 318 in Mercer County as the
2 Korean Memorial Highway.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. (a) The portion of State Route 318 from the Ohio
6 State line to the intersection of State Route 18 in Mercer
7 County is designated and shall be known as the Korean Memorial
8 Highway.
9 (b) The Department of Transportation shall erect and
10 maintain appropriate signs identifying the above portion of road
11 as the Korean Memorial Highway.
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
