AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of June 18, 1895 (P.L.209, No.126), entitled
2 "An act regulating the printing and publication of notices
3 and advertisements authorized by the county commissioners of
4 the counties of this Commonwealth containing a population of
5 five hundred thousand and not exceeding one million, as shown
6 by the last United States census, providing how newspapers
7 shall be designated in which such publications shall be made,
8 and repealing an act, entitled 'An act authorizing the county
9 commissioners of Allegheny county to select four morning
10 newspapers for official county advertising,' approved the
11 second day of April, Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred
12 and seventy-three, and also repealing the tenth section of an
13 act, entitled 'A supplement to an act approved the first day
14 of May, Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and sixty-one,
15 entitled "An act relating to Allegheny county,"' approved the
16 eighth day of April, Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred
17 and sixty-two."
18 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
19 hereby enacts as follows:
20 Section 1. The act of June 18, 1895 (P.L.209, No.126),
21 entitled "An act regulating the printing and publication of
22 notices and advertisements authorized by the county
23 commissioners of the counties of this Commonwealth containing a
1 population of five hundred thousand and not exceeding one
2 million, as shown by the last United States census, providing
3 how newspapers shall be designated in which such publications
4 shall be made, and repealing an act, entitled 'An act
5 authorizing the county commissioners of Allegheny county to
6 select four morning newspapers for official county advertising,'
7 approved the second day of April, Anno Domini one thousand eight
8 hundred and seventy-three, and also repealing the tenth section
9 of an act, entitled 'A supplement to an act approved the first
10 day of May, Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and sixty-
11 one, entitled "An act relating to Allegheny county,"' approved
12 the eighth day of April, Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred
13 and sixty-two," is repealed.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
