                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of December 13, 1982 (P.L.1127, No.257),
     2     entitled "An act requiring every Commonwealth agency to award
     3     certain fees and expenses in certain agency actions and
     4     providing for appeals from decisions of an adjudication
     5     officer," by repealing the sunset provisions.

     6     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     7  hereby enacts as follows:
     8     Section 1.  Section 6 of the act of December 13, 1982
     9  (P.L.1127, No.257), referred to as the Commonwealth Agency
    10  Adjudicatory Expenses Award Law, amended June 30, 1987 (P.L.175,
    11  No.18), is amended to read:
    12  Section 6.  Effective date.
    13     (a)  Except as provided in subsection (b), this act shall
    14  take effect July 1, 1983.
    15     (b)  Section 4 shall take effect immediately.
    16     [(c)  This act shall expire July 1, 1997, unless sooner
    17  reenacted or amended.]
    18     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
