AN ACT
1 Designating a section of Route 3013 in Westmoreland County,
2 Pennsylvania, as the C. Vance DeiCas Memorial Highway.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. That section of Route 3013 in Westmoreland
6 County, beginning on Interstate 70 and ending at the Donora-
7 Monessen Bridge, is hereby designated and shall be known as the
8 C. Vance DeiCas Memorial Highway.
9 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
10 maintain road signs, which shall display the name of C. Vance
11 DeiCas Memorial Highway, at the beginning and the end of the
12 section of the highway designated in section 1.
13 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
